I currently fill and ship orders once a week. If you need something shipped more quickly, just get in touch and I'll see what I can do. Please allow up to three working days from the time of purchase for your order to be processed & shipped.

* Orders that are made during weekends are processed starting Monday.

• Estimated delivery time

National orders: 3 working days
Europe orders: 7 - 14 working days
Outside of Europe orders: 7 - 21 working days

* Delivery times may vary depending on Postal and Customs processing in other countries, thus I cannot be responsible for any delays. If you're preparing for a special moment, please order in advance.
** All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by me. This may include VAT or other import taxes that may be applied by the Postal service in your home country.

• Returns

At this time, all sales are considered final. However if any items in your order arrive damaged, I am happy to replace the item for a new one. Just contact me within 5 working days of your order being received.
